GENETIC REBALANCE LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of DNA testing and related wellness services (“Services”) provided by Genetic Rebalance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By purchasing a DNA test or using our Services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1.3 Our Services provide general lifestyle and wellness insights only. Neither Genetic Rebalance Ltd nor our partner laboratory Stride (“the Laboratory”) provides medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services.
2. The Services
2.1 Genetic Rebalance Ltd acts as a facilitator and reseller of DNA-based wellness testing. All DNA extraction, analysis, and reporting are conducted solely by Stride, an independent accredited laboratory.
2.2 Our Services may include:
• Supplying the DNA test kit
• Registering the kit with the Laboratory on your behalf
• Sending the sample to the Laboratory
• Providing you with the Laboratory’s report
• Optional general discussion of the report
2.3 Reports provide lifestyle insights only and do not diagnose or predict medical conditions.
3. No Medical Advice
3.1 The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
3.2 Nothing in any report should be relied upon for diagnosis, medical decision-making, or treatment.
3.3 You should consult a qualified clinician regarding any health concerns.
3.4 Genetic Rebalance Ltd is not liable for any actions taken based on interpretation of the report.
4. Role of Stride (the Laboratory)
4.1 Stride is responsible for receiving DNA samples, analysing them, and generating results.

4.3 The Laboratory’s processes, timelines, methodologies, and accuracy are outside our control.
4.4 We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Laboratory’s analysis.
5. Data Protection
5.1 We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5.2 We retain only the minimal administrative information needed to supply the Services.
5.3 Genetic Rebalance Ltd does not store your genetic data or laboratory report.
5.4 Stride acts as a separate Data Controller for all genetic data and sample processing.
5.5 You are responsible for securely storing your report once issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genetic Rebalance Ltd is not liable for:
• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of profits or data
• reliance placed on the report
• delays, errors, or omissions by Stride
6.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Refunds and Returns
7.1 DNA test kits cannot be refunded once opened.
7.2 If your kit arrives damaged, notify us within 14 days for a replacement.
7.3 No refund is available once your sample has been submitted to the Laboratory.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All reports and materials remain the property of Genetic Rebalance Ltd and/or Stride.
8.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the report for private wellness purposes only.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by English law.
9.2 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
